Great Place

I love the look of eyeliner because it gives me the pop I need for my eyes to look more stunning. The problem is I have dry eyes so putting on eyeliner was impossible due to irritation. Diane did a fantastic job and used a topical numbing agent for comfort. I now have the best eyeliner I have ever had in my life as it is permanent. I am so grateful and highly recommend her store. And by the way it a cute and fun place to be in too!
