Tru green is always there
Tru green is always there when they say they'll be there. They do a thorough job every time and I like the print outs they leave you with what service they have done and what actions are recommended for me to do.

Customer Service has been awesome
As far as my scheduling concerns your Customer Service has been awesome in resolving my issues. I totally understand things happen along the way that can cause schedule changes. I like to make sure I cut my lawn the day before each service is scheduled. So I said lets go with the liquid fertilizer and she made note of it on my account and I thanked her. Specialist Jason Thongsythavong did an outstanding job on the Aeration &; Overseeding of my lawn. I've been more than a loyal customer and have provided honest feedback when rating you're tech's, Customer Service, Customer Support and TruGreen. Thanks

Recently I had an accident
Recently I had an accident that made me incapable of doing my own yard work. That being said I found that the price of the Trugreen service was within my budget. I was also impressed with the service that I have received and they were willing to adapt to the scheduling request that I had made. The person who came to my house did so within the designated time frame so there was no excessive waiting. Also the APP that shows where the truck was and when it would get to my house was very interesting.

For the first time in 10 years
For the first time in 10 years, I actually have grass in spots that I used to have dirt with Tru Green Services and my yard is finally all green! Tru Green, you live up to your name!

bout 40% of my lawn
bout 40% of my lawn was destroyed by chinch bugs and Trugreen kept their word and replanted a new lawn in the damaged area!

Friendly employees.
Friendly employees. Always announce when they are coming. Bills come after service are accurate and reasonable. Lawn has been virtually weed free.also they go the extra mile should I not be home on their service day by removing and replacing downspouts and my bird feeder .

improvement
Tru Green Service has really made a marked improvement in our Lawn's Appearance. Our lawn has strengthened, become thicker, and defintely greener since using Tru Green. We had been using a different company and were not getting the results we wanted. We also don't like using th echemicals and never reallty had the time to devote to the proper care necessary for a great lawn. Now with Tru Green they take care of it all!
